At PurePulse, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship to all provinces and territories across Canada. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: 12–18 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery times vary by country and are typically 12–21 business days after dispatch. Additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over [minimum order amount]. This will be applied automatically at checkout.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Track Order page.

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. PurePulse is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. PurePulse is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
